Right of Withdrawal within 14 Days
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery and return the item.
Returned items must be:
- Unused, except for normal trial fitting*
- Clean and free from signs of use
- Without traces of dirt, sweat, or hair
- In original condition
- Complete with the original packaging
*By “normal trial” we mean that the saddle pad may be placed on the horse and under the saddle to check its fit, but it must not be used during work, riding, or any activity.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed. If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to the sender, any return costs and related expenses may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund
The refund will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notification, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned item has been received. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund process has been completed.
Support and Size/Model Exchange
It is possible to exchange both the size and the model. We will be happy to assist you in choosing the most suitable model and the correct size to ensure the best possible experience for you and your horse.
