Every Equitex saddle pad is carefully prepared and shipped directly from our headquarters in Italy. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier.

Duties & Taxes (Non-EU Orders)
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and local taxes may apply and are borne by the customer. If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges and returned to the sender, return shipping costs and any related fees may be deducted from the refund.
